Enhance our physical and mental health Whether you prefer hitting the trails, venturing through a new sunny spot, or engaging in calming meditation, this challenge is your invitation to step outside of your daily routine and rejuvenate yourself by the light of the sun. Participants are encouraged to journal their thoughts and feelings before, during, and after the challenge.
